First days in Curaçao
Huge turtle
On Saturday we went with my mum to the Santa cruz beach, one of the most popular and beautiful beached on the island Sunday morning I had to get up early because I went on a diving trip. I dove with 6 other people first at a diving place which is called half way down and the second dive was at the place rolling stones because of all the huge stones in the sea. It was awesome, the most amazing thing I saw was a huge turtle swimming next to me. Monday was again a chill day sitting in the sun and enjoying the heat. On Thursday my dad arrived and we picked him up from the airport and had a nice lunch in a restaurant which is called BijBlauw.
Queen Emma Bridge
Yesterday we had a walk to the beach with my dad and in the afternoon we went for a ride on the city all together. Today my dad and I decided to go in the city center by bus, so we took the bus walked around in the city and saw all the famous places the city has, like the Queen Emma Bridge, the wonderful old town with the colorful buildings. A lot of small shops and restaurants, we ended up having meal in a restaurant with food from Suriname, we enjoyed the Bami and the Roti. In the evening we went to the old town, had a perfect mojito and watched the firework in the center of Willemstad.
